If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item. The item must be in its original condition/packaging. Unfortunately we are only able to offer refunds in the form of credit vouchers.
This means if you place an order and you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you can return it, however the customer is liable for the return shipping charges. RedCarpet will then issue you a credit voucher for the value of the item/s you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose a different format, size or product of your choice.
Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if there are faults in production and manufacturing and not for a change of mind.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect, will be either replaced, subject to availability, or will receive a full refund.
Please note, all refunds will be calculated as the original purchase price paid less the sum of the postage and packaging cost of the original shipping cost and return shipping costs for re-delivery back to our warehouse.
Refunds are normally processed within four weeks of the package being returned to our production center in Dubai. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the items to you and pay reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us.
We will check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
All approved refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT VAT
When ordering goods from www.redcarpetgallery.com for delivery outside of the UAE, please be aware your delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.redcarpetgallery.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Your privacy is important to us and we know you care about how your information is used and shared. We would like inform our international customers that cross-border deliveries are subject to documentation disclosing order contents. Please also be aware that your parcel may also be opened and inspection by customs authorities.
DELIVERY RATES & DELIVERY POLICY
All shipping and delivery charges are based on distribution from our Production Centre located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. When multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately.
RedCarpet takes care to pack all items securely. Should an item arrive damaged due to the failure of packaging or the mishandling by our logistics partner, you should write to us requesting a replacement and submit pictures of the damage. We will replace the item once the original item has been returned to the appropriate Production Centre.
Customers purchasing any items are requested to allow between 5-7 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery.For shipments outside UAE additional 3-5 working days are required for standard international courier delivery. If more than one item is purchased within the same order all items will be shipped combined as one order, if multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately.
All orders must be signed for on arrival. On arrival the item should be checked to ensure it is delivered in good condition. If the item is not in perfect condition please do not accept receipt of the item and it will be sent back to our Production Centre. If an item is subsequently found to be damaged after the customer has signed for it we may assume that the damage has been caused post delivery and we will not accept returns on damaged items.
TRACKING AND ORDER
Parcel tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you you’re tracking number
Normally, our logistics partners will arrange a suitable time for drop off in advance. If, for some reason, the parcel cannot be signed for, our logistics partner will leave a card to contact the local distribution center. The onus is on the customer to contact the logistics company to arrange delivery.The logistics company will keep the item for 14 days whereupon they will return the item to our Production Framing Centre.
THE RETURN COSTS AND COST FOR RE-DELIVERY WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.
